When the player starts using the Paraglider they will have to use the Paraglider button to open it up. Players can either pull back to push the Paraglider upwards or push forwards to force it to the ground. When the player wants to get more air, they will have to gain speed by running, jumping, or using their environment as support.

The game will tell the player that Air Ducts and other Airways will help players successfully pick up speed for a better Lift-off. Air Ducts are mostly found in the Open World Central Zone of Dying Light 2 and can be seen by a gush of moving air upwards, and green and black like material floating around it. When a player wants to Lift-Off from an Air Duct, first stand on top of it, and press the Paraglider Button. The Air Duct will automatically push the player upward for a Successful Lift-off

For Gliding, players can use the Steering Buttons to move their body while using the Paraglider. While moving they can press the Boost button to gain more altitude. Keep in mind that as long as the player is Gliding, they will be using their Stamina Bar and after the bar depletes, Aiden will automatically let go of the Paraglider, starting a free fall.
