How do I update my payment information? : PBS Help

If you donated through the PBS app on your Amazon Fire or Amazon Fire Stick, payment information for recurring donations must be managed through the Amazon Payments section of the Amazon website.
- Sign in to the Amazon Payments website with your Amazon account credentials
- Click Amazon Pay
- Click Merchant Agreements
- Click the agreement that lists PBS Foundation as the Merchant
- Click Details
- From the Details page, click Change Payment Method
- Click the radio button next to the new payment method
- Click Use this payment method
If you donated to your local PBS station with another method, or don't remember how you donated, please contact them via phone or email. You can find your station's contact information at pbs.org/stations or can visit their website.
